Gemini Program

This is the extended format of Higher Landing’s flagship Shuttle program and most often selected for executives and senior management.

The Gemini program offers flexibility for self-direction as per the client’s personal goals and preferences. Sessions may also address topics such as investigating board roles, becoming a director and other long-term career planning. This fulsome program includes live and on-demand workshops, along with live clinics and cohort support sessions. It also includes the opportunity to present in the Grizzly Den, which is a panel interview comprised of decision makers and executives who determine market readiness and Grizzly Certification.

The program features: Twelve (12) 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a Higher Landing Career Transformer (coach) that guides clients through HLI’s career management process while assisting them to identify strengths, values, passions, and purpose. Also, four (4) 1-on-1 sessions with a Higher Landing Marketing Coach to review “Go-to-market” (G2M) strategy to define target market and marketing approaches, plus two (2) 1-on-1 sessions with a financial planner.

Nine Month Commitment

Program includes

  1. A 1-on-1 onboarding session with a Higher Landing Representative to discuss the program, the client’s needs, and how to best move forward;

  2. Access to the comprehensive online career evaluation and job search program called the "Landing Port" and an orientation session to maximize use of the tool;

  3. Twelve (12) 1-on-1 coaching sessions to guide clients through the career transition process;

  4. Counselling Support to help manage challenges throughout the transition;

  5. Access to proprietary workshops led by industry experts (Virtual, Live, Instructor Led and Virtual On-Demand Content);

  6. Access to clinics (Virtual, Live, Facilitator Led) to assist with job search activities and progress;

  7. Four (4) Marketing Advisor 1-on-1 sessions;

  8. Cohort Support Sessions (Virtual, Live, Weekly) to build community and share insights;

  9. Marketing Club sessions to provide networking opportunities and support for job search activities;

  10. Invitation to attend all live Grizzly Dens as a guest during the program;

  11. Access to Alumni Membership for continued networking and events;

  12. Two (2) Financial Planning 1-on-1 sessions.
